Reading Buddies - Fun for All!

Mrs. Swantko's 1st period 8th graders joined Mrs. Dales' TK class for partner reading. This is the first year that these two classes have been buddies and both classes are loving it! Click above to view student pictures!

Parent Night - "Supporting Your Student at Home"

LUNCH Menus!

LUNCH MENUS are available by clicking on PARENTS then Lunch Menu from the Placr Home Page. Hot Lunch may be purchased for $3.00 per meal.
To create a Mealtime account, please email Lynn Moore, Food Service Director, at lmoore@loomis-usd.k12.ca.us and you will receive a secure pin number (Password) from her. Click on Mealtime Online Tab at top of Home Page and fill out form to set up account. If you have any other questions, please call the School Office at 652-1830.

Placer Chorus Starts Tuesday, August 30th - Mr. Just

Placer Chorus is open for all 4th-8th grade students who like to SING and HAVE FUN while doing it. In Chorus, students meet once a week before school to prepare songs for multiple performances throughout the year. Placer Chorus meets Tuesday mornings from 7:30am - 8:15am in the Music Room.

Placer Newsletters - Principal's Message

Placer School Awarded Wonderful Check from LBEF!

Our school was presented with a check from the proceeds of the May13th, 24-Hour Go the Distance Event. All seven schools received a combined total of just over $75,000 from the Loomis Basin Education Foundation on Tuesday, May 17th, The overwhelming support of the LBEF, Go the Distance Committee, Staff, Students, Community and especially our own Dr. Hitchcok are the foundation of what makes the LUSD a great place for kids!
