Spanish Class

 My name is Alexandra Henderson. I am so excited to be teaching Spanish for our district. This is my third year teaching Spanish but my 16th year teaching. This is my third year with Loomis Union School District. Before coming to LUSD, I taught fourth and fifth grade for San Jose Unified School District prior to our move to Rocklin.

    I am originally from San Jose, and a proud alumnus of the California State University, Chico. My husband, Ed, and I moved to Rocklin with our three daughters in 2013.  Our oldest daughter, Julianna, is 18 and is a freshman at DeSales University, in PA, our middle child Mackenzie, is 15 and is an 10th grader at Rocklin High School and our youngest daughter, Elizabeth, is 9 and is a fourth grader at Cobblestone Elementary School.  We love this community and I am so proud to be part of such a wonderful school district. Looking forward to a wonderful school year!!
